MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of The Michigan Community for Emotionally Focused Therapy is to promote the learning and practice of EFT throughout the state of Michigan. We provide an inclusive, warm, and welcoming environment for EFT trained therapists to grow in their understanding and utilization of the EFT model. Through sponsoring EFT trainings, such as Externships, Core Skills and other EFT education, as well as workshops and monthly peer support meetings, we model secure attachment and vulnerability, which helps us learn to embody the model and better serve the individuals, couples, and families we treat.
